The radiant heat is being widely used to promote various heating systems for both residential as well as commercial sectors. The idea of generating the radiant heat seems easy however getting a heat system that uniformly distributes heat is tough. PEX heat transfer plates are one of the best ways to promote radiant heat systems.
How do the PEX heat transfer plates work?
These heat transfer plates work efficiently by distributing the radiant heat from the various PEX tubing, piping and valves. These heat transfer plates are available in variety of shapes and sizes to suit the requirement of the users.
Due to the molecular structure of the PEX the heat transfer is uniform because these are cross linked and thus offer a laminar flow. The PEX heat transfer plates are available in single and double width. Depending upon the thickness of these plates they can deliver a wide range of heat over a large area and that also for a longer duration. Another feature that decides the amount and rate of heat transfer is the design. The amount of heat transfer will depend on the shape and the heat would be delivered in the units of BTU per hour.
The use of these PEX heat transfer plates is that they can work in extreme weather conditions, both hot and cold. They do not get brittle at the temperatures below freezing point. Their cross linking nature makes them highly bendy so they can be easily molded and laid down in various subfloors, snowmelt systems and other radiant heat systems.

And in the construction and engineering designs are most commonly used tube shaped steel, which is made from stainless or carbon steel. Shaped tubes are different from their ordinary round cross-section of the square, teardrop or rectangular shape. Their main function can be called a structural element. They are well suited for use as a metal timber, since they have ribs. Profile pipes have become so popular for use in construction due to the fact that they have the strength in bending, thus have a small mass. This allows you to win at the cost of the whole structure.
Also certified for use in domestic water applications. UPC listed by IAPMO.
Pressure rated at: 80psi @ 200F, 160psi @ 140F, 200psi @ 73F.
Packing: Box.
Applications:
1/2″ PEX-AL-PEX Tubing is commonly used for radiant heating applications projects such as concrete slabs (wire mesh or rebar reinforced), thin slabs (non-reinforced), below the subfloor heating (staple-up), sandwich type installations (between subfloor and finished floor) and many others.
Typical loop length for 1/2″ PEX-AL-PEX varies from 250ft to 350ft, depending of the application, supply temperatures, flow rates, etc. 300ft is considered standard for typical concrete slab install.
Compatibility:
PEX-AL-PEX tubing can be installed using compression style PEX Fittings of Press type system (fittings, sleeves and tools). |

Product Description: Production of pipes made with hot or cold deformation. Strength of Cold-formed higher than the one that produces the technology of hot deformation. Manufacture of tubes of electric produces a valuation of the mechanical properties of the product and its chemical composition and hydraulic pressure. Electric-welded pipes are produced without treatment, with heat treatment. Moreover, heat treatment can be carried out not only the entire volume of the pipe, but also along the seam.

If we talk about the metal that is used for making pipes, the most popular – it’s steel, aluminum, stainless steel. Galvanized shaped tubes are also popular and practical, as they have anti-corrosion properties and are used where necessary to combine the aesthetic appearance and resistance to adverse environmental conditions. For example, galvanized pipes are used for the erection of billboards, sports fields, the construction of masts and flagpoles.

PEX-AL-PEX tubing can be installed using compression style PEX Fittings of Press type system (fittings, sleeves and tools). |

| PEX plumbing pipes are without a protective filter, with perforation and the protective filter with perforation. Protective Filter penetration of soil into the pipe, thus protecting the plumbing system from clogging and the need for frequent purging. Likewise, there are other elements of the plumbing system, such as: fittings, plumbing wells, plumbing gutters, manholes, and more! Now specially production smooth the water pipes and are confident that these trends will continue to grow next year! |

This product is a replacement for similar products from brands such as Watts, Mr. PEX, Wirsbo (Uponor) and others. Prices of plumbing pipes and plastic products range from 40 to 100 dollars per kilogram, and the usual consumers they come at a premium of up to 20%. As a consumer of these products, we often forget about the environmental component of our cities, as polymeric materials have a half-life of more than 100 years. |
